Rules of Central European Enduro2018 (CEEN)
1. Calendar
CEEN is series of independant Central European Enduro races following its own individual rules which came together to create overall ranking based on the points gained in each of the races.
2. Registration
The registration to the event is done by registration systems of the individual race organizers or on the spot paper fill-in forms. By competing in one of the CEEN categories of the specific race riders are automatically participating in the Central European Enduro series overall ranking.
3. Categories
Categories below refer to the elite level competitions only, in case there are more than one level of completion within the race (e.g. Race and Hobby), only Race will be included in the CEEN overall ranking.

4. Starting fees
Starting fees are set exclusively by the specific event organizer.
5.Starting order
Based on the specific event rules.
6. The track
6.1 The enduro track is composed of several time trials and transfers. The time trials are mostly downhill with a section of ascension no longer than 15% of the total distance of that time trial. The track is not extremely difficult.
6.2 The transfers are there to move the racers to the next time trial from the area of finish. Competitors may move in groups but without a help of others. The time limit for the whole competition is set by the vent organizer.
6.3 In case of force majeure the organizer can end the race prematurely. The results are then composed out of the time trials that everyone finished except for those who ended their race for other reasons.
7. Breach of conduct
The participants follow the rules of the individual racers, all riders who legally finished the race will be included in the overall ranking of the CEEN.
8. Award ceremony of individual races
The resulting order is counted by the sum of all the times trials. The order corresponds with the points obtained according to the point system CEEN.
9. Competitions during Central European Enduro
The organizer of the CEEN series is Kolo pro život, z.s., Praha 2 – Na Florenci 1332/23, PSČ 110 00, ICO: 03401707. The principle of the competition is to assign a certain number of points to the competitor in the race by points table. Ranking in the category is assembled within the category on the basis of points gained in the category classification and is determined by adding the points from four races, they are therefore counted four of the six races scratching the worst two from six races. In case of equal score to count points from all races without eliminating, then the result of the last race in the series.
11. Submitting a protest
11.1 Filing a protest against the outcome of the race:
Protest on the outcome of a violation may be filed only on the race day based on the rules of the specific event.
11.2 Filing a protest against the CEEN overall ranking
Complaints can be filed exclusively with the CEEN series organizer Kolo pro život, z.s.. (Info@europeanenduro.com), but no longer than three working days after the publication of the competition results after each race on the series site: www.europeanenduro.com. Complaints must be in writing (e-mail is sufficient). A complaint may be filed only by the competitor. Unjustified complaints will be disregarded. Points collected can be taken away in case of a serious breach of the rules retrospectively. Caution: The organizers of the series do not resolve participant complaints against the individual races results!
12. Ceremony of sports competitions.
Announcement of the CEEN overall ranking will be held for the winners of the various categories at the presentation ceremony on the last race of the series. The total prize money of EUR 2500 will be divided in between the category winners based on the table below:
